Leya Elias

Leya Elias is Manager of Capital Programs at Echoing Green, where she connects underrepresented founders to capital and capacity-building ecosystems. Previously, she served as Deputy Chief of Staff at Baltimore Corps, designing multi-million-dollar talent incubators and social innovation accelerators. A Stanford University graduate and Truman Scholar, she has worked alongside social entrepreneurs from Oakland to Kigali.
