Hajar Alafifi is the Chief Executive Officer of OCP Africa, driving the company's mission to strengthen food security, empower farmers, and promote sustainable agricultural ecosystems across the continent. Before joining OCP Africa, she held senior roles at Unilever, including General Manager for Nutrition Southeast Asia & Indonesia and Chairperson & Managing Director of Unilever Sri Lanka. She chairs the board of the Africa Fertilizer Industry Development Association (AFIDA) and was recognized as Global Female Leader of the Year (ASEAN 2023).
