H.E. Tulinabo Mushingi

H.E. Tulinabo Mushingi is a former United States Ambassador who served as US Ambassador to Senegal and Guinea-Bissau from 2017 to 2022. Born in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, he is one of the first African-born US career ambassadors, having also served as Ambassador to Burkina Faso. He brings decades of diplomatic experience across Africa.
