Sisi Pan is the Chief Strategy Officer of Maisha Meds, a leading African healthcare technology company. She was previously a Partner at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she led global health and economic development projects and helped launch the Kenya office in 2020.

Prior to BCG, Sisi was a malaria technical advisor at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), seconded to the Ministry of Health of eSwatini. She was also involved in early-stage healthcare start-ups in Kenya and Thailand.

Sisi holds a B.A. in Human Evolutionary Biology from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
